The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is the ITU Standardization Sector’s governing conference.

Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, ITU is a specialized agency of the United Nations for information and communication technologies (ICTs).
